Great experience for my 12 year-old daughter, her former pediatric dentist close his practice a couple of months ago, as a mom I was looking for pediatric dentist similar to ours. So glad that I found Firewheel Pediatric Dental Specialist, very kind, gentle, friendly, and family oriented practice. The staff is professional, caring, patience with the patients. My daughter felt comfortable during the visit. Dr. Santillan was kind, gentle, and explained the treatment in a clear way that my daughter and myself understood, we loved their warm welcoming. I fully recommend this practice.

They will message you later with unforeseen bills that “they realize later insurance didn’t cover”. Happened to me and I no longer go there because of it. Sad because I’d been taking my daughter here since she was a toddler and my son just started going as well, and my kiddos loved everything else about it from the painted walls, to the coin at the end to get a prize, to the calm demeanor of their dentist. But sending hidden bills months later is a giant no for me. Response to reply: I already tried to fight it and even had a 3 way call with my insurance that ended with me basically being threatened that if I didn’t pay they were going to send the bill to collections. So I paid it and left. For good. I was told the extra charges was because they adopted a new system for financials that “found missed charges”. On the form of itemized charges I was given when I asked some of those charges were as old as 2023.

We had a great experience! My daughter normally has to be fully sedated for treatment but they had her calm and confident and they were able to fix her cavity with just gas. You can tell this place is about care not dollar signs. 100% would recommend!

We started going to visit Dr.Preece based on the good reviews. And we agree to those. We have been taking our Son here for past 4 years and we always felt comfortable in each visit. Dr. Preece is extremely patience and explains the conditions really well. My son is very comfortable and he likes the dentist visit every time.

So glad we found his dentist office 13 yrs ago. I’ve been taking all four of my kids to Dr. Preece and we love him. His staff is also great. One of the best things about his practice is that a parent is able to go into the treatment room with them. Everyone is so patient and kind. I have recommended him to a lot of my friends and family and they love him as well. I also recently had an appointment with the newest Dr. and he was very good as well.

I can’t say enough good things! My daughter has sensory issues and the entire staff is so understanding and patient with her. She ha a million questions at every step, it helps her process and be more ok with everything - everyone is so kind and just good with her. Garland is a bit of a far drive but I happily make my way over every six months. Each visit my daughter gets more and more comfortable, which is amazing!

Love this office, been here for years. There was an insurance issue for one of my daughters this week but Rachel did everything she could to help me resolve it over the phone and in person is always so sweet to my girls. Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We will always come back to this office :)
